Mark Romano is known nationally for his expertise with injury evaluation, property estimating and claims desktop software. He has testified in federal and state courts as well as in front of insurance regulators concerning the use of various claims software products and bad faith claim handling. Recent consulting and expert witness engagements have spanned bad faith claim handling from the use of injury evaluation software to personal and commercial property matters.
Mark Romano has over 40 years of claims expertise working for major insurance companies at the home office level and consulting as an expert. He consults and testifies for attorneys on property and casualty insurance bad faith matters with particular focus on the use of claims processes and software.
Mr. Romano holds a Master of Jurisprudence with Risk Management concentration from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University.
